CAMHS redesign update

The programme team now consists of Barbara Edwards, Shirley Waters and Pam Wood. They’ve been working to ensure all the information and asks gathered over the past two years have been incorporated as far as possible into the final design.
The next step is to get everything costed up and work on a transition and implementation plan, because the final submission date is 6 April. After this date they will be supporting teams to implement the new ways of working.
